Our cellar is the result of a meticulous selection of labels, curated by our sommelier,
Ilaria
Valeriani.
Every bottle has been chosen to offer an engaging tasting experience,
complementing our dishes while also expressing the specific character of each region.
We have given special attention to small wineries, as they often most authentically
express their unique identity and embody the spirit of local tradition. Our selection also
includes Italy’s most celebrated labels, in particular the great Super Tuscans.
We have chosen iconic names such as Ornellaia, Sassicaia, and Tignanello – wines that
demonstrate how Bordeaux grape varieties can reach their fullest expression in Tuscany.
We have also sought out exceptional vintages, including the renowned 2016 and 2017
harvests, considered outstanding in Tuscany thanks to the perfect climate, which yielded
wines of remarkable structure and elegance.
A cornerstone of our philosophy is the appreciation of Lazio wines. We organise themed
tastings to showcase the diverse wine-growing areas of our region. We began with the
wines of the Viterbo area, introducing labels such as Veleno, Nobile, Radice, and Serpica,
which all reflect the passion and quality of local producers.
Our cellar is an invitation to discover and savour quality wines, with the possibility of
finding the perfect pairing for every dish, and to get to know interesting labels, whether
from renowned estates or smaller producers.
