One of our greatest strengths is our chef, Marcello Mistrorigo.
Creative and passionate, he reinterprets traditional Roman dishes with skill and imagination, drawing inspiration from Campanian and Abruzzese cuisine. Each day he prepares fragrant bread, fresh pasta, and exquisite desserts.
He personally selects the finest ingredients, with particular attention to premium cuts of meat. His Carbonara is not to be missed, as are his Ragù di Scottona (beef stew) and Nonna’s Meatballs.
